Xbox Motheboard

By offering a specialist BGA removal and BGA laser re-balling service, we can professionaly remove the BGA from the motherboard, clean the motherboard and then prepare it for a re-balled BGA to be applied. We use the latest machinery and conform to JEDEC standards. After the BGA is re-applied to the board, every BGA is then put through our stringent X-Ray inspection process.
